- Privacy policy
NTLPARTS.com does not share any of your personal information with anybody.
We may use your phone number or email to contact you on a request or order placed with us if we are needing some confirmation from you on how to proceed.
 
- Payment options 
We accept all major payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card issued by a US bank (additional 3% fee is charged). 
For new customers, we prefer to ship to the billing address, otherwise if the shipping address is different from the billing one - additional information might be required to approve the transaction. For regular customers or business customers we can ship or drop ship, subject to approval.
For international orders, we would suggest paying with PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer, please see the details below.
- PayPal (additional 3.5% PayPal fee is charged). 
To maintain customer and seller protection, we are required by PayPal to ship the goods only to the address associated with PayPal as confirmed. If this address is outside the US, we will prepay freight and add it to the Invoice.
- ACH payment has no fee and we can ship wherever you like., even for the first time orders.
We issue an invoice with bank account details upon request.
- Bank wire transfer ($25.00 fixed fee). 
This option is best for international orders. We issue an invoice with bank account details upon request.
- Check payment you can mail us a check and it will take around 3 days to deposit the check once we receive it.
- NET Terms are provided on a case by case basis. To set up terms additional info might be required and subject to approval.
 
- Returns and Refunds
All refunds are issued during 14 days once approved.
All returns must be authorized with RMA #. Please do not ship any part to our address unless noted in the RMA.
Any part shipped back without RMA is no longer our responsibility  on loss, damage etc.
Shipping cost on returning the part back is on the customer if the part was exported from the USA.
Stock order parts from CAT and other vendors are non cancellable non returnable non refundable unless manufacturer's defect.
Made to order parts non cancellable non returnable.
Electronics is non returnable.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES AND PAYMENT / REFUND FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR ALL RETURNS INCLUDING WARRANTY ONES.
 
Refunds may be done via the options below and the fees deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
Credit card - 3% fee
PayPal - 3.5% fee
ACH no fee
Bank wire for international orders - $25.00 fixed fee.
Unless otherwise mentioned on the Invoice, all returns are to be made during the 14 days after receiving the goods. After 14 days return requests may be rejected.
Depending on the reason for the return restocking fee up to 25% may be charged., and / or payment fees and shipping fees deducted from the refund amount.
If you received the part number you ordered, and during 14 days you decide to return it, a restocking fee will be charged up to 25%.
If you received the correct part #, but it is defective, we may request additional information and work on return authorization and inspection. If the inspection says it is our fault, we refund the part only. Shipping charges and payment fees are non refundable. 
If the inspection says it was installed wrong or anyhow misused, we will either send it back to the customer collect or just scrap it.
 
If you received the wrong part number, not what you ordered, we will consider it our mistake and either refund for the part only once the part is returned in the condition it was shipped, or ship the replacement part once received the wrong one back. Otherwise a new order is to be placed and the wrong item order will be refunded once received back.
 
Made to order items are non cancellable once the production has begun and non returnable, non refundable unless defective. Inspection is to be conducted and confirmed manufacturers' defects if any. 
 
 
- Warranties
All warranties are limited US warranties. No consequential damage is covered by NTLPARTS.com. Labor to install / remove the part is not covered. 
Good used parts: we supply parts in good used condition on a pull and inspect basis. We do not provide warranty for these items. They are sold "as is" and we guarantee them to be good at the time of installation.
New aftermarket parts: Majority of aftermarket manufacturers provide a 6 months limited US warranty. Shipping cost on returning the part back is on the customer if the part was exported from the USA.
Reman parts: 90 days warranty from the time of receiving the goods unless otherwise noted on the invoice.
New original surplus parts: these are considered a new old stock, never used, might be aged or just lay on shelf for a while. Since they are no longer covered by standard manufacturers warranty, we provide a 30 days hard part guarantee, unless otherwise noted.
New original items come with 1 year standard manufacturers US limited warranty.
 
- Shipping policy
Most of the parts which are in stock are shipped within 1 - 3 business days after order is placed.
If the parts are marked anyhow except in stock, please contact us to confirm how soon we can ship.
If the part is on backorder, we can not provide exact ETA.
Lead time items: If the part is to arrive in the known time frame, order is to be placed to proceed. Estimated time of arrival is not a guarantee it will arrive, lead time might be extended for reasons which are out of our immediate control.
Made to order items: Once production has begun it can not be cancelled or stopped. Lead time is given estimated, if production does not have any issues with that specific part. Otherwise lead time may be extended.
